East Lothian Play Association SCIO (ELPA) and Can Do are seeking a consultant to carry out a focussed evaluation of our partnership project, PlayCan. The project has run for approximately 18 months, and we are keen to identify the best way forward to meet our shared aim – to offer outdoor community-based play in a way that meets the needs of disabled children and their families.
